Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
